Shipping to all destinations is free. Shipping will typically take 6-40 days depending on the product(s) bought and shipping address. You should receive an email with your shipping information within 2 working days of placing the order. Please contact us at sales@cuteplushiefriends.com if you did not receive the confirmation email within the stated timeframe and if you did not receive your order after 40 days of receiving the confirmation email.
